He is survived by: his children, Kristen Disney (Ross) of Guthrie, Oklahoma and Tyler Phillips of Edmond; his brothers, Dennis and Mike Phillips; and his grandchildren, Rebekah, Elizabeth, Matthew, Benjamin, Abigail, Haleigh and Brooklyn. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
