He is survived by: his wife Sandra Yates (Sullivan) of Gravette; his son Chris (Kelly) of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Chuck Yates (Carol) of Overland Park, Kansas, Patty May of Olathe and Barbara Thomas of Mesa, Arizona; his grandchildren, Ashley Yates, Alex Yates, Brianna Grantz and Skyler Yates; and his great grandchildren, Timberlynn and Gracelyn.
