He is survived by: his children, Charlene (Larry Smith), Chuck (Ellen White), Gary (Martha Hawks) and Cyndi (Jim Liles); and his grandchildren, Melissa Raines, Wendy Churchill, Taylor White, Rachel Woodward, Michael Samples, Jason Hawks, Joshua Hawks and Stephen Samples.
