He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Howard and Beulah May Carr Howard; his wife Patsy Jo Howard; his children, Darrell Howard of Center Ridge, Ronnie Howard of Center Ridge, Karen Conner (Curtis) of Center Ridge and Sharon Anderson (Eddy) of Birdtown; his brother J. W. Howard; and his granddaughter Susie Howard. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren.
