He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Sue Chisam Donahue; his daughter Pamela Donahue Huie; his grandson Jonas Donahue; and his brother Kenny Donahue of Kentucky. He is survived by: his children, Debra Bledsoe (Keith), Kevin Donahue (Aimee), Jay Donahue (Debbie) and Laurie Donahue Flickinger (Rusty); and also, Duke and Muffin. He is also survived by grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren.
