He is survived by: his wife Mable Tilley Scroggin (Pat); his children, Barbara Flowers and Wesley Scroggin; his stepchildren, Ray Welch and Rose Chapman; and his brother Benny Scroggin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
