He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Pinkerton, and Carmen Pinkerton, Jr. (McKinnon). He is survived by: his wife Robin Pinkerton; his siblings, Virginia Pinkerton of Lavaca, Tommy Pinkerton of Cedarville and Shaun Pinkerton (Debbie) of Cedarville; and his aunts and uncles, Teresa, Danny Hoover of Muldrow, Elbert and Patsy McKinnon of Santa Ana, CA.
