He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo Williams; his daughter Judy Rice; his son-in-law Ewell Pendergrass; and his parents, Harry Williams and Lillie Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Pendergrass of Cedarville, Doris Reichert (Michael) of Stillwell and Janice Riggs (Terry) of Tulsa; his son-in-law Don Rice of Charleston; and his sister-in-law Connie Cloud of Fort Smith. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and twenty-six great great grandchildren.
