He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Evans and Eva Evans (Persinger); and his brother Larry Keith Evans. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Melissa Wilson (Nathan) of Van Buren, Chris Evans of Van Buren and Jeremy Evans (Mandy) of Van Buren; and his siblings, Sharon Workman of Natural Dam, Jana Petty of Greenwood, Kenneth Evans of Muldrow, Gary Evans of Altus, Jimmie Evans of Cedarville and Lindsay Freeman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
