She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Joe and Rosa Inez Hoggins (Bryson); her stepfather Jack Horner; and her brother Billy Hoggins. She is survived by: her husband Larry Prater; her children, Bill Prater, Glenanna O'Mara (Mike) of Cedarville and Shanna Prater Davis of Cedarville; and her siblings, Jackie Gregory of Mesquite, Texas and James Horner of Tennessee. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
