He is survived by: his wife Donna Hoffman; his children, Kelly McAdams (Brandon) of Cedarville, Robin Woods of Cedarville and Mark Hoffman of West Fork; his grandchildren, Erica Holloway, Dustin Goines, Jonathan Hoffman and Emilee Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Rhett Holloway, AddiBelle Holloway, Dawson Holloway, Gracie Goines, Taylor Goines, Dallas Goines and Averie Hoffman; and his brother Thomas Hoffman.
