He was predeceased by: his son Jimmy Dale Craig; his parents, Realus Carter and Urra Carter (Barker); and his brother Earl Carter. He is survived by: his wife Janice Carter (Bewley); his children, Vicky Felterman of Fort Smith, Steven Craig of Perry, GA and Steve Carter of Cedarville; his siblings, Bonnie Fowler of Rockford, Illinois, Judy Kay Carter of Rockford, Illinois and Junior Carter of Rockford, Illinois; and his daughter-in-law Ann Craig Jacobs. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
