She is survived by: her son Rob Lewis (Kristy) of Miami, OK; her stepchildren, Johnnie Shores (Andy) of Alma, AR, Cassie Henry, Harry Chaisson of Centerton, AR. and Sunshine Wilson (Chad) of Van Bren, AR; and her siblings, Roxane Wren of Quapaw, OK, Steve Sreaves of Enid, OK, Sharon Boyer of Seneca, MO. and Dana Vanguda of Seneca, MO. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
