He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Dougan and Stella Dougan (King). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Kay Freeman of Van Buren, Pamela Sue Porter of Alma, Don Allen Ray Dougan of Wisconsin and Scott Dougan of Colorado; and his sisters, Sylvia Johns of Van Buren and Shirley Clemens of Westminster, CO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
