It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clyde Ray Dougan of Cedarville, Arkansas, born in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Dougan and Stella Dougan (King). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Kay Freeman of Van Buren, Pamela Sue Porter of Alma, Don Allen Ray Dougan of Wisconsin and Scott Dougan of Colorado; and his sisters, Sylvia Johns of Van Buren and Shirley Clemens of Westminster, CO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
