He was predeceased by: his parents, Medgitt Kuntz Wood and Garnett Arlene Bartram Wood; and his siblings, Medgitt Kuntz Wood, Jr., James Wood, Robert Wood, Janet Madison and Michael Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Denton Wood; his children, Theresa Lynn Wood, Joseph Harrison Wood, Jr., Ronald Scott Wood (Kay), Leslie Ann Palmer, Andrea Jean Berghold (Chris), James Brian Wood and Mary Elizabeth Bowden (Dave); and his siblings, Betty Carter, Donald Wood and Paul Wood. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Zion Christian Union Church, 6188 West Persimmon, Fayetteville, AR, 72704.
