She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Mulligan and Mildred Mulligan; and her brothers, Douglas, Donald and Erwin Mulligan.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Spencer; her son-in-law John Spencer of Cave Springs; her grandson Jesse Spencer of Tampa, FL; her sister Shirley Mae Dresbach of Rochester; her niece Kelli Lampron; and her great-niece Ashley Lampron.
