He was predeceased by: his parents, Felbert Stovall and Florene Stovall; and his siblings, Kenneth Stovall and Judy Schoch. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Stovall; his daughter Lisa Gail Noblett (Randall); his granddaughter Devyn Brianne Noblett; his sister Patsy Ann Fryar (Lee Roy); his pet Mitzi; and his caregiver Gina Garret. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
