It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clark Axtell Mullins of Cave Springs, Arkansas, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lona; and his daughters, Holly Wertens and Michelle Jones (Mike). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
