He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lewis and Dorothy Brewer Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Lewis (Wink); his children, Michael Lewis, Karen Miller and Judy McDoniel; his sister Louise Marlin; and his grandchildren, Morgan Burchfield (Miller), Matthew Miller, Hunter Lewis and Kaylee McDoniel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
