He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cicero and Ellen Emogene Turner (Ballard); and his brother Daniel Turner. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Harris Turner; his sons, James Turner (Lavinia) of Cave City and Travis Turner (Alex) of Cave City; his siblings, Thurlow Turner (Vickie) of Cave City, David Turner of Cave City, Wendell Turner (Christy) of Sidney, Sue James (Bill) of Little Rock, Helen Walker (Danny) of Strawberry, Shirley Parsley (Darrell) of Poughkeepsie and Linda Bradley (Tim) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Blaine Turner, Braxton Turner, Whitney Dickey, Hailey Clay and Lacey Turner; and his great grandchildren, KallieRae Clay, Everleigh Clay and Maddox Dickey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
