He is survived by: his wife Cathy Duncan Saffell; his children, Chris McManners (Sheryl) of Forrest City, Wendee Saffell Abbott of Cave City and Michelle King (Jamie) of Cave City; his brother Ronald Saffell (Becky) of Saffell; and his grandchildren, Justin Brown, Kobe King, Cy King, Rhett King, Maddox Abbott and Christyn McManners. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
