He is survived by: his children, Roger Manuel (Lorelyn) of Pekin, Thomas Manuel (Tammy) of North Pekin, Illinois and Patricia Flowers (Chris) of Tremont, Illinois; and his siblings, Gerald Manuel (Debbie) of East Peoria, Sammy Manuel (Neina) of Cave City, Phillip Manuel (Aileen) of Fort Walton, Tony Manuel (Melissa) of Tuscumbia, Ala, Faye Melton (Jack) of Morton and Renee Greenhaw (Jimmy) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
