He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlen Curtis and Kathy Curtis (Medlock); and his brothers, Orlando and Cliff Curtis. He is survived by: his son Taylor Curtis (Ashleigh); his grandchildren, Brynnleigh Curtis, Kalab Grice and Jaxleigh Curtis; his siblings, Candace Scoggins, Sheena Eich, Michael Morris, Jeffery Curtis and Jonathan Curtis; and his uncle JC Medlock (Cynthia).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home of Bradford (5230 AR-367, Bradford, AR 72020).
