He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McSpadden and Ruby McSpadden; his wife Viola Fayrene McSpadden; his half-brother Dwight Leonard; and his sister Mary Frances Fulbright.
He is survived by: his children, Dan McSpadden (Isabel) of Madrid, Spain, Ginger Edington (Stanley) of Reyno and Trudy Peden (John) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Kara Townsend, Carmen Edington, Jake Peden and Ben Peden; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Townsend, Gracie Townsend, Finn Williams and Daphne Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
