He is survived by: his wife Glyndene Deaton; his children, William T. Milligan, Linette Gann (Randy) and Glenda Waters; his grandchildren, Amber Kelley (Adam), Amanda Blevins, Robert Dungan (Keeley), Brittney Dungan and Lisa Gann; his great grandchildren, Austin Waggoner, Braxton Waggoner, Kaylee Kelley, Kiara Kelley, Tristan Kelley, Howl Dungan and Eli Gann; and his siblings, J. W. Deaton (Kathy), Elvis Deaton (Connie), Bonnie Faye Altwies and Vicki Jansma (Don). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
