He is survived by: his wife Ross Gibson of Cave City; his sons, Robert Woodall, Jr. and William Woodall of Cave City; and his siblings, Jerry Woodall of Cave City and Peggy Dodgens of Elk, Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
