He is survived by: his children, Richard Lowrance, Jr. of Subiaco, Jimmy Lowrance of Subiaco, Lucky Lowrance of Subiaco, Bonnie Relaford of Altus, Rachell Robinson of Scranton and Starrla Caldwell of New Blaine; and his sister Debra Reed of Cave City. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
