She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Johns and Wanda Johns (Sharp); her son James Dale Royal; her brother Dennis Johns; and her sister-in-law Pam Johns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Clark (Lonnie) of Mt. View and Angela Sutherland (Brien) of Concord; her siblings, Dale Johns of Evening Shade, Van Johns (Nancy) of Cave City, Gail McCall (Jerry) of Cave City and Nelleta Crumley (Danny) of Cave City; her daughter-in-law Charolette Royal of Evening Shade; her grandchildren, Jessica Royal, Jamie Hill, Joseph Royal, Alan Swan, Sydney Bristow, Candance Branscum, Preston Clark, Josey Sutherland and Katie Sutherland; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Brennan, Kenzie, Kolter, Kasen, Sophie, Bennett, Spencer, Jovie, Ellie and Lennon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
