She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hutchison and Jewel Hutchison; her husband Arden Perkey; her son Jerry Wayne Perkey; and her siblings, Fred Hutchison, Raymond Hutchison, Ruthel Shirely, Florene Goldman and Della Perkey.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Abernathy (Howard) of Cave City; her grandchildren, Daniel Johnson (Courtney), Ashley Pretty (Trenton), Amber Hobbs, Zack Abernathy (Destiny) and Charity Presnull (Braden); and her great grandchildren, John Payton, Elizabeth Payton, Sarah Payton, Brooklyn Johnson, Addison Johnson, London Johnson, Aiden Hoffman, Reya Hoffman, Tanner Abernathy, Maverick Presnull and Oakley Presnull. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
