She was predeceased by: her parents, Noal Ford and Joelene Ford; her husband William Campbell; and her brothers, Ray and Ronnie Ford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Hicks of Cave City and Sarah Campbell of Cave City; her sister Mona Bone of Tucson; and her grandchildren, Remington James Dean Hicks, Candice Coker, Christopher Robert Lee Hicks and Lewis Patrick Puller Hicks. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
