He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edgar Lantz and Martha Ellen Nunnally Lantz; and his sister Kathie Slayden. He is survived by: his children, Nick Lantz of Cave City, Christina Lantz of Maumelle and Sara Shunkey (Kurt) of Conway; his sisters, Jeannette Stuntz (David) of Cave City, Carolyn Hall of Greers Ferry, Dorothy Lantz of Batesville, Cindy Herrera (Marlon) of Cave City and Zelda May (Tony) of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Alexys Lantz, Hali Martin, Chandler Shunkey, Kyus Murphy and Brentleigh Hays. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
