She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kenneth Price Sr. and Wana Gene Price (Girtman); and her brothers, James Kenneth Price Jr. and Jerry Wayne Price. She is survived by: her husband Jim Wooldridge; her children, Scott Wooldridge (Shannon) and Jennifer Corter (Billy) of Cave City; her grandchildren, Alyssa Gann (Derrick), Amber Wooldridge, Kerrie Corter, Dalton Corter and Paul Clark; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Huckabee and Ensley Gann. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
