He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Hayden Burnes and Kenneth Hopkins; and his uncles, Jim Hopkins and Frank Hopkins. He is survived by: his father Martin Pizanowski (Brandy Davis); his children, James, Brandon Shrader and Piper Hunt of Cave City; his mother Brandy Brummett (Jerry) of Effingham, Illinois; his siblings, Isaac, Trustin, Zeek, Blake of Effingham, Illinois and Karley of Effingham, Illinois; his grandparents, Raymond, Debra Owens of Cave City, John and Debbie Monk of Effingham, Illinois; and his great-grandparents, Elouise Burnes of Locust Grove and Shirley Hopkins of Effingham, Illinois. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
