He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard Dittmar II and Oletta Mae Ford Dittmar. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Dittmar; his children, J. D. Dittmar of Cave City, Mindy Martino (Andy) of Evening Shade and Sarah Lepe of Ash Flat; his stepson Michael Kourakis (Gerri) of Spencer, Idaho; and his siblings, Arthur Bobo of Kuna, Joe Dittmar of Huntsville, Judy Smith of Chowchilla, California and Ann Muchow (Dale) of Chowchilla, California. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
