He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Guthrie and Louise Guthrie; and his sister Levina Huskey. He is survived by: his wife Tonya R. Lewis Guthrie of Cave City; his daughters, Leah Guthrie of Cave City, Mandy Crowe (Brian) of Batesville and Mica Kirkpatrick (Caleb) of Trenton, TN; his granddaughters, Hannah Spence, Makayla Spence, Emma Crowe, Addie Mae Crowe and Ella Crowe; and his siblings, Ellujean Thacker and James Guthrie (Rita). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
