He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard William "Bugger" and Cora Mae Henderson Woodall; and his brother Robbie Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Woodall; his children, Jerry Woodall Jr. (Wanda) of Desha, Jeremy Woodall (Mendy) of London, Dale Woodall of Greenbrier and Sherry Woodall of Batesville; his sister Peggy Dodgens of Washington; and his stepdaughters, Shana Bailey of Batesville, Rachel Bailey of Batesville and Mary Ryan (Matt) of Black Rock. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
