She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Williams and Ruby Lee Williams (Lewis). She is survived by: her husband Kennedy M. Simmons of Lake City; her sons, Adam Simmons (Karey) of Springdale, Seth Simmons (Jenny) of Rogers and Joseph Simmons (Adrienne) of White House; and her grandchildren, Carson, Brooklyn, Brilyn, Kennedy and Kylie. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, other family, and a lifetime of friends.
