He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Banks Whitehead and Eva Earline Whitehead (Hallmark); and his siblings, Curtis Whitehead and Jeanette Coats. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fay Whitehead (Cooper); his children, James Whitehead (Pam) of Batesville, Pamela Clark (Danny) of Earle and Sherry Brown (James) of Cave City; his sisters, Oneida Hartley of Marked Tree, Dorothy Howard of Marked Tree and Shirley Herrell (Carroll Gene) of Marked Tree; and his grandchildren, John Brown (Kayleen), Lindy Clark, Tanner Clark (Patricia), Micah Whitehead, Marcus Whitehead, Christopher Whitehead, Brittany Greenlee and Abby Greenlee. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
