He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvel Moen and Jessie Moen (Eaton); his father-in-law David A. Brooker; his siblings, Johnny, Marilyn Hildebrandt and Esther Kvale; his stepson Robert N. Barber; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Hildebrandt, Don Kvale and Red Jaggers.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Moen (Brooker); his daughter Tonya Moen; his stepdaughter Heather Barber; his mother-in-law Blondell Brooker (Pope); and his siblings, Rose Kiesow (Ron), Kathy Jaggers, Ken Moen (Marilyn) and Jack Moen (Alice). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
