He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Forshee and Effie Lindsey Forshee; his daughter Shelli Wiedlien; his siblings, Okie, Willie, Shelby, Euell Forshee, Opal Craig and Ernestine Ford; and his granddaughter Christina Forshee.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Forshee; his sons, James H. Forshee II of Oregon and Dean Clark Forshee (Cheryl) of Kansas; his sister Glenna Faye Martin of Marcella; and his grandsons, Dustin Clark Forshee and Clayton Dean Forshee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
