He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Way Little Rock and Glen James Ballard (Jean) of Michigan; his parents, Virgil Ballard and Esther Ballard Massey (Sneed); his wife Harriet M. Ballard (Herweyer); his daughters, Rebecca Ballard-Cole (Robert) of Ohio and Jennifer Ballard Barron (Dean) of Oklahoma; his brothers, Von Ballard of Michigan, Robert Ballard (Donna) of Batesville and Lester Ballard (Ann) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Jessica Ward (Joe) of Ohio, Christain Ballard of Michigan, Kasey Glen Barron of Oklahoma and Kelly Lynn Barron of Oklahoma; his great grandchild Mia Ward of Ohio; his brother E. W. Ballard; and his granddaughter Katie Lee Barron.
