He was predeceased by: his parents, G. R. Mobley and Ozella Mobley (Jarrett); his wife Nina Mobley; his son Garland Delbert Mobley Jr.; and his sister Dianne Wooldridge.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Hunter (Max) of Cave City and Wendy Johnson (Greg) of Cave City, Arkansas; and his brother Jimmy Mobley of Cave City, Arkansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
