He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Werkmeister and Ethel Clapper Werkmeister; his daughter Crystal Farris; and his siblings, Eddie Werkmeister, George Werkmeister and Laura Werkmeister.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Werkmeister; his son Freddy Werkmeister (Janet) of Edmeston; his stepdaughter Tammy Hotaling of Oneonta; his son-in-law Willie Farris of Cave City; and his sister Arvella Werkmeister of Michigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
