She is survived by: her husband Butch Self; her daughter Debbie Ashley (John) of Cave City; her granddaughters, Jennie, Michelle and Cheryl; her siblings, Tony Neal (Leta Kay) of Searcy, James Neal of Hardy and Rosie Mears of Newport; her grandchildren, Levi Tims, Gabby Ashley, Katie Ashley, Alison Jones and Casie Gott; and her great grandchildren, James Edward Torrence, Darrian White and Malaki Torrence.
