He is survived by: his wife Connie Fore; his children, Jeremy Fore (Amber) and Andrea Taylor (Danny); his grandchildren, Jacob, Madelynn Fore, Jackson, Ellie Davis, Cody and Jesse Taylor; and his brothers-in-law, Kelley Williams (Cindy) and Brent Williams (Phyllis).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Qualls Funeral Home (326 N Main St, Cave City, AR 72521).
