He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Cox of Cave City, Arkansas; his children, Kevin Lee Black (Kayla) of Bertram, Texas and Jennifer Vandergrift (Robert) of Kyle, Texas; and his siblings, Paul Black (Deanna) of Carey, Ohio, Teresa Havelka (Lon) of Mt. Pleasant and Tammy Fulton of Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
