He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul McCollum and Ruby Waggoner McCollum; and his sisters, Earlene McCollum and Bonnie Moser. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wilson McCollum; and his siblings, Loy McCollum (Delma) of Melbourne, Larry McCollum (Gretchen) of Fayetteville and Mary Shearer (Bob) of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
