He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hulen and Hazel L. Hutchins (Mix); his son Robert Hutchins; and his siblings, Tony Hutchins and Willa Dean Solida.
He is survived by: his wife Ima Jean Preston Hutchins; his children, Randy Hutchins (Carol) of Batesville, Rhonda Beard (Freddie) of Spring Mill, Teresa Cummings (Joey) of Prattsville and Lisa Rea (George) of Bethesda; and his siblings, Windell Hutchins of Bee Branch, Bill Hutchins (Charlene) of Jonesboro, Farrell Hutchins (Vada) of Tuckerman and Merita Campbell of Heber Springs. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
