He was predeceased by: his son Benjamin Lafayette Taylor III; and his sister Pamela Rawls. He is survived by: his wife Mary Franklin Taylor; his sons, Timothy Layne Taylor of Marion, Ark and Len Ideker of Casscoe; and his sisters, Patricia Kizzire of Stuttgart, Victoria Houghton (Walter) of Humphrey, Sherrie Rodda of McKinney, Robin Yarbrough (Larry) of Stuttgart, Cynthia Shelton of Casscoe, Kris Lindsey (Kelly) of Casscoe and Lori Musser (Patrick) of Magnet Cove.
