He is survived by: his wife Betty Johnson (Fields); his children, Tim Johnson (Lisa) and Cindy Tosh (Larry); his grandchildren, Colton Tosh, Bailey Tosh, Sarah Johnson and Jesse Johnson; and his siblings, Jerry Johnson (Karen), Jack Montgomery (Lois) and Janet Gott.
